We're Hiring a Marketing Manager

By Chris Crossley, Chief Operating Officer at Line-Up

Line-Up Marketing Manager

This role plays a key part in shaping how Line-Up is positioned and understood in the market. Working closely with our Sales, Community and Product teams, you’ll help translate insight from customer conversations and market activity into clear, practical marketing that supports growth, strengthens relationships with existing clients, and helps prospective customers understand the value of our platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with delivery, and who is motivated by working collaboratively across teams in a high-performing, product-led business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across marketing activity that supports Line-Up’s growth, including campaigns, content and sales-facing materials. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, community and product, ensure consistency in how Line-Up shows up across channels, and use insight to continuously refine and improve marketing activity.

About you

You’ll bring experience delivering marketing activity that supports commercial objectives for SaaS/technology products, confidence working cross-functionally, and strong communication skills. You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, enjoy turning insight into action, and are motivated by contributing to the continued growth of a successful business. We’re interested in people who bring thoughtful approaches, curiosity and strong judgement to their work.

Why Line-Up

We offer private health insurance with AXA, a workplace pension scheme, a substantial annual ticket allowance, and the chance to join a supportive, inclusive and high-performing team.

We work in a hybrid way, with time spent together in our Farringdon office to collaborate and connect.

Interested?

Alongside your CV, you’re welcome to include an optional personal submission if you’d like to share more about how you think or approach marketing. This is entirely optional and will only be used as part of the interview process if you are shortlisted.

We’re also hosting an informal lunchtime session for anyone who would like to learn more about the role and working at Line-Up, whether or not you decide to apply.
