The Ticketing Professionals Conference (or TPC) is an educationally-led event focusing on innovation, best practice and  continued improvement in the entertainment ticketing sector. It’s one of the biggest annual gatherings in the UK dedicated to those working in live entertainment ticketing, sales, marketing, customer service, and technology.

Returning to Manchester for the second year, the event brings together delegates from theatres, sports, festivals, music venues, visitor attractions, and ticketing technology suppliers.

Ticket sales don’t occur in a vacuum. The peer-developed programme champions marketing, revenue management, digital and customer engagement and accessibility content to ultimately increase ticket sales, membership and overall customer engagement.
