How does Reach work?
Reach connects your Line-Up account to third-party ticketing systems via API, syncing inventory in real-time so you can sell from multiple sources through a single platform.
How do I get API access to a venue's system?
That’s between you and the venue/system provider. Once you have credentials, you can create the event and insert your credentials in the Line-Up Dashboard.
Do I need to be a Line-Up client to use Reach?
Yes, Reach is a feature within the Line-Up platform. You get the full commerce platform plus the ability to sell third-party inventory.
Can I set my own prices with Reach?
Yes. You can augment prices, adjust fees, add discounts and promos, and attach extras to the purchase flow.
What if the venue makes changes?
The system syncs automatically. Manual syncs can also be triggered.
